This is not a volume builder. Every project is an exercise in intention — where each decision, from the eave line to the entry threshold, is made with purpose. The brand must reflect that same discipline.

The design system that follows is built on these foundations. Nothing is decorative for its own sake. Everything earns its place.

Maintain clear space equal to the TH mark height on all sides
Default to the primary horizontal lockup wherever space allows
Submark reserved for app icons, watermarks, and avatars only
Never stretch, rotate, recolor, or shadow the mark
Approved colorways: Cream on Obsidian · Obsidian on Cream · White on Brass
Typography Rules
Cormorant Garamond is the display face — never below 18px in body contexts
DM Sans handles all UI, body, label, and caption text
Eyebrow labels: DM Sans 300–400, 9–10px, 0.3em tracking, uppercase
Italic Cormorant carries the emotional weight — deploy it with restraint
Minimum body size: 13px print · 14px digital
Color Usage
Obsidian is dominant — use as the primary background across all touchpoints
Aged Brass is an accent only — never at full saturation as a background
Warm White (#F3EEE5) is always preferred over pure white
Stone and Warm Grey are support roles — secondary text, borders, captions
